The motivation behind the six dominants themes is easy to understand. The need to make it more convenient for Muslims to perform their ibadah, whether it be during the course of their work (such as the performance of salah, or access to the availability of halal food, and entrusting reliable Muslim organizations to distribute zakatul maal on their behalf), or leiusure. In addition to the General Assemblies, the Executive Committee members of RISEAP met annually, in cities like Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Kuching, Sydney, Bandar Seri Begawan, Singapore, Taipei, Nadi, Colombo, Jakarta, Jeju, and Auckland. RISEAP&#8217;s Deputy President, Br. Ridzuan Wu chaired the meeting which was attended by 14 Executive Committee members. It is a usual in most EXCO meeting, the committee discussed on item which is to be brought up in the General Assembly.
