--><\/p>\n<p>The 18th RISEAP General Assembly was took place on 01 November 2019 to 07 November 2019 at Al Meroz Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. It was attended by almost 110 delegates and observers from 19 countries in the region which is from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.<\/p>\n<p>Among others program are RISEAP General Meeting, EXCO Meeting, Women&#8217;s Wing Meeting, Talk on &#8220;Re-development of Waqaf Properties&#8221;, Mosque Tour Presentation, Zonal Discussion\/Country Report and local tour to Halal Science Centre and Ton Son Mosque. Election of new Executive Committee member was held and all of current office bearers were re-elected except for Central Zone which is Br. Ahmad Fahmi Bin Muhamad Samsudin from ABIM replaced Prof. Datuk Dr. Taufiq Yap Yun Hin from MACMA. RISEAP would like to congratulate to all elected members and hope that they will do their best and work wholeheartedly to fulfil their da&#8217;wah objectives in carrying out the duties.<\/p>\n<p>The Hon. Secretary General, Dato Hj. Mohamad Marzuki Mohamad Omar thanked those attending the assembly and those who helped in organizing the assembly.
